A video capturing two snakes engaging in an unusual dance at the Community Health Center in Agra’s Jaitpur has gone viral on social media, sparking curiosity and amazement among viewers. The 50-second footage shows the snakes entwined and playfully moving about, causing a stir among onlookers who quickly gathered to witness the spectacle.
According to eyewitnesses, the snakes emerged from nearby bushes due to recent rainfall, a common occurrence in the area prompting snakes to seek dry land. Despite the initial alarm, the non-venomous repties engaged in their mesmerising dance, hugging each other for nearly half an hour, drawing attention from passersby who captured the moment on their mobile phones.
This incident is not isolated, as sightings of snakes around the health center premises have been reported frequently, attributed to the abundance of trees and bushes providing suitable habitats. Despite causing occasional panic, the snakes observed in this incident posed no threat and eventually retreated into the vegetation on their own accord.
